The Grandparents' Ice Cream Makers initiative celebrates its 2nd anniversary in Guatemala and offers special kits.

It all began when María Isabel Grajeda met Don Julio while walking the streets of Zone 1 of Guatemala City during the COVID-19 pandemic. She decided to start this project to help him stop selling on the streets. Isabel also met 11 other grandparents who were living in difficult conditions in a small house.
